In the event you forget a password for your computer, email, or social media accounts, you can reset your password directly through the system or application you’re using. In most cases, you can reset your password by answering a series of security questions or by requesting an email that contains a password reset link.
To change your password if you’re already logged in: Click account in the top right of Facebook. Select Settings and privacy, then click Settings. Click Security and login. Click Edit next to Change password. Enter your current password and new password. Click Save Changes.
You can cancel your account at any time during your paid subscription.
Trial users don’t need to do anything! You can continue to use your account until the end of the trial. After that, as long as you don’t upgrade, your account will be closed.
If you want to stop your trial early, follow the steps below for paying users.
As a reminder, no credit card information was taken when you signed up for the free trial.

We accept Paypal, Visa & Master Credit Cards, Alipay and wire transfer.The Paypal is highly recommend.

PayPal is a secure and trustworthy payment processing service which allows you to shop online. PayPal can be used at Floric to purchase items by Credit Card, Debit Card, or E-Check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account). Floric.uk cannot see your card number as it is securely encrypted through PayPal’s server. This limits the risk of unauthorized use and access.

Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service at support on our home page as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped out, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order.

We offer information invoice in the package, also send the information invoice via e-mail after package shipped out.

If the item is in stock, we will ship it out within 1-2 working days. If not, we may need 1-7 days to prepare for that.

The estimated delivery time is typically 2-5 business days, but it may take 7-15 days during holiday seasons or due to unforeseen shipping conditions

Once the tracking number is available, we will email to inform you, and you can track it online by accessing the website of the relevant delivery company.

Usually, we’ll declare a lower (as your remark) value of your package or split it into several packages to ship.

Return & Refund

1. To initiate a return, please contact with sales manager within 3 days.

2. Items must be unworn and unwashed, undamaged, unaltered.

3. Lingerie or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

4. Any returns must be made at your own cost, after return, please write tracking number and website to sales manager.

5. Generally, we will refund within 7 business days after receive return items. Please note that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees, actual shipping charges and tax for return.

Note: Please don’t return goods to the sender address on the package. It is not a return address. Please contact with sales manager to get a return address.

1. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact with sales manager within 3 days to inform us of the issue.

2. You must add the photo or video of damage/defect item in email.

3. After confirming that the product has quality defects, we will arrange the refund to your original payment method or your shewin account balance without return damaged or defective item.

4. Generally, it will takes 3-5 business days for corfirm and refund.

Note: If we have not receive message or e-mail within 3 days after you receive the parcel, it will no longer qualify for a refund. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
